1.5 oz. Plymouth Gin
0.5 oz. Sweet (Italian) Vermouth
2 drops Orange bitters (your choice: I like Regan's No. 6)
Add ingredients to the mixing glass
Add ice
Stir
Add bitters to a chilled cocktail glass-bitters in the glass in case you pour too much-
Pour chilled ingredients into the chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a dried cherry -reconstituted in cherry liqueur.
Serve...With a water back and some extra cherries...
